Academically, he has done his Graduation in Economics and Post-graduation in Business Management with specialization Finance.

These qualifications are combined with the long rich experience of 50+ years in Banking, Management Consultancy, Real Estate and more than 27 years in Capital Market.

Mr. Hemant Desai is the fund manager of our "AI Dynamic" PMS plan.

He has attended numbers of academic programmes including Global Advanced Management Development programme of ISB – Kellogg.

He has served on Boards of ANMI, BSE Brokers Forum and is Managing Committee member of Chamber of Commerce for over 34 years. He is Founder Trustee of Shree Goverdhan Trust.

Shaival Desai is an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management, Mumbai. He is in business for 14 years. He is a Director of Company. His key roles are Fin Tech, HR and Digital Marketing.

Varsha Desai is a co-promoter and Director of the company.

She is a Commerce Graduate. She has experience of Banking for about 13 years and investment services of over 25 years.

Mr. Jenish Rana is working with CONCEPT since 2014 and having experience of 9 years in capital market. MBA with specialization in Finance, He is designated as Wealth Manager in CONCEPT and leading marketing and sales team. He is managing Business Development for PMS and serving HNI/UHNI/Associate segments for Investments particularly. He is very passionate for the job and has commitment of continuity.

Mr. Siddharth Mandalaywala manages two of our PMS plans "Legend" & "Marvel". He has 15+ years of experience in Indian capital market. By qualification, he is an MBA, specialization in Finance, he has thorough knowledge of all macro and micro economic aspects. He has very good understanding of Fundamental Analysis. He possesses good judgment and has high level of skin in the game as all his savings is into Equities (100%).

Mr. Bhavesh Rana is an MBA Finance with experience of more than 9 years in Capital Market and finance discipline. He has joined CONCEPT in 2014. As a Wealth Advisor in CONCEPT for Distribution of Investment Products, his role is to focus on Business Development in Mutual Fund, serving HNI/UHNI client segment for Investments particularly and other Investment products likes NCDs and Bonds.

Mr. Sachin Jain is having experience of more than 8 years in capital market and by qualification he is MBA in Finance. He is working with CONCEPT as a Business Development Manager - MF. He is responsible for marketing activities for Mutual Fund Service and other Debt investment services like Corporate FDs, NCDs and Bonds.

Muskan Mundhra has cleared CFA level 3, FRM part 2 and graduated in BBA. She has more than 2 years of work experience as a Financial and  Equity analyst.

Zaid Munshi is a CFA (U.S) level II candidate and graduate in B.Com. He has more than 2 years of work experience in the Equity Research field. He worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Concept.

Ms. Avni Randeria is B.Com from South Gujarat University with 20+ years of Operations Management experience where she has contributed bit as professional with Banking, Telecom, Equity – Retail & Mutual Fund. She has joined CONCEPT in 2014 as  MF OPERATIONS - HEAD.

Ms.Krutika Patel is M.Com from VNSG University with 6+ years of Operations Management experience where she has contributed as a professional in Equity & Mutual Fund Markets.

Ms. Naina Chauhan is B.Com from VNSGU with 4 years of Operations Management Experience where she is contributing as a back-office assistant in Mutual Fund & Accounts. Additionally, she is coordinating with Digital Marketing team.

Ms. Priya Buddhadev is having experience of more than 2 years in Accounting, Banking and Taxation and by qualification she is a Inter CA and she has completed BAF (Bachelor in Accounting & Finance) in Mumbai. She is working with CONCEPT as a Accountant. 

Mr. Parth Parekh is having experience of more than 5 years in Banking. He has cleared his CFA Level 1 and also has finish Business Administration Degree in Finance. He is Currently working in Concept as a Back Office Co-ordinator and Compliance Officer
